Possible bug with Rock Protection Empty Possible bug with Rock Protection

Upon cast the skill Rock Protection, the monster that is right over me dies instantly without spending any of the invoked rocks, at first I thought it was intended but after I realized it didn't happen sometimes I thought it could be a bug.

It's probably related with creating and removing bullets on the same frame.
